In the first 3 months of the invasion we sent around 20 full vans with medical and humanitarian supplies! We do not collect supplies anymore but at some of our events we collect donations to support other organizations. You can also find the list for your future donations here.
In the last 3 years:
– we led around 60 demonstrations,
– around 20 documentaries about Ukraine were shown,
– several expert discussion were held and
– dozens of cultural events took place, including the three-week long cultural Festival “Discover Ukraine” organized already twice in the main church of Nijmegen Stevenskerk.
Thousands of people learned about Ukrainians who are fighting, our fallen heroes as well as historical background for the current war, as Russia was continuously trying to destroy Ukraine, its culture, language and our sense of independence.
